Learning Records
A simple portfolio approach for parent-led documentation, project notes, dated work samples, and future planning.
Documentation Without Overcomplication
Learning records work best when they are easy to keep. The Remson STEM Academy approach favors dated notes, short summaries, work samples, project photos, reading lists, narration, and simple parent reflections.
Portfolio Evidence
- Reading, narration, handwriting, and vocabulary samples
- Math practice, measurement work, and problem-solving notes
- STEM project plans, sketches, tests, and improvements
- Faith and character notes when connected to the day
- Field trip observations, drawings, and follow-up questions
Future Records Structure
Future phases may include downloadable printables, a field trip archive, and a portfolio evidence gallery. Version 1 keeps the structure public, static, and lightweight.
